Some of My Favorite CSAT Surveys

June 26, 2021

I worked at Squirrel Systems for about 3 years. We use LogMeIn for remote connections and have a SurveyMonkey script that launches a CSAT survey every time a remote session is disconnected. CSAT is short for customer satisfaction score. It is a metric that acts as a key performance indicator for customer service and product quality.

During my time with the company, I received countless CSAT surveys. It feels great when the customers recognize your work and takes out the time to leave a comment. These comments do really make my day. Here, I am sharing some of my favourite ones.

PS at work I go by the name Ray.
