I worked at Squirrel Systems as a Technical Support Representative and later as an Escalation Specialist. We use LogMeIn for remote connections and have a SurveyMonkey script enabled that launches our CSAT survey every time the remote session is disconnected. CSAT is short for customer satisfaction score. It’s a commonly used metric that acts as a key performance indicator for customer service and product quality.
I worked with the company for 2+ years and during that time received countless CSAT surveys. It feels great when the customers recognize your work and take out the time to leave a comment on the survey. These comments do really make my day. Here, I am sharing some of my favorite ones.
